Vegan Garlic Fries

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients (2โ€“3 servings)

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4โ€“5 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped

  • Optional: chili flakes or paprika

  4. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  5. Spread in a single layer on a baking tray.

  6. Bake 35โ€“40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a small pan.
