Vegan Strawberry Ice Cream

Pinch of salt

Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries

Wash and remove the green tops from the strawberries.

Chop them into small pieces.

Place in a bowl and add 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional).

Let sit 10–15 minutes.
This step releases juices and intensifies the strawberry flavor.
Step 2: Blend the Ice Cream Base
Drain soaked cashews.
Add the following to a blender:

Blend 1–2 minutes until completely smooth.
The mixture should look like a thick pink cream.
Step 3: Chill the Mixture
Pour the mixture into a container.
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
Chilling helps the ice cream freeze more smoothly.
