Ingredients

  • 8 oz imitation crab (or real lump crab if preferred), chopped or shredded
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped dill or parsley for freshness

Instructions

  1. Prep the mix-ins
    Chop celery, onion, and crab into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make the dressing
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, light mayo (if using), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine
    Fold in crab, celery, and onion until evenly coated.
  4. Chill
