Ingredients
- 8 oz imitation crab (or real lump crab if preferred), chopped or shredded
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped dill or parsley for freshness
