WW Dorito Taco Salad – Detailed Recipe
This is a lighter Weight Watchers–style taco salad that combines seasoned meat, fresh vegetables, and crushed Doritos with a lighter dressing. It keeps the flavor of the classic taco salad while reducing fat and calories.
Ingredients
Meat Mixture

1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
1. Cook the Meat

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the lean ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add taco seasoning and 1/3 cup water.

Stir well and simmer for 3–5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

2. Prepare the Dressing
In a small bowl combine:

In a large salad bowl combine:

4. Assemble the Salad
