Keto 0-Point Protein Pancakes (No Banana)

🧾 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • ½ cup liquid egg whites (or 4 egg whites)

  • ¼ cup fat-free cottage cheese (blend smooth)

  • 1 scoop unflavored or vanilla protein powder (low-carb)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: vanilla extract, cinnamon, zero-cal sweetener


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Blend egg whites and cottage cheese until completely smooth.

  2. Stir in protein powder, baking powder, salt, and any optional flavorings.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan on low–medium and lightly spray.

  4. Pour small pancakes (they flip easier).

  5. Cook 2–3 minutes until set, flip carefully, cook 1–2 minutes more.


🍽️ Toppings (Keep It Low-Carb)

  • Sugar-free syrup

  • Greek yogurt (fat-free or low-fat)

  • Fresh berries (small amount)

  • Cinnamon + powdered sweetener
