(mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix) -
1 tbsp butter

Oregano or Italian seasoning

🍳 Pan Method (Fast & Crispy)

Heat a non-stick pan on low–medium heat.

Sprinkle shredded cheese directly into the pan in a bread-sized rectangle.

Cook until edges turn golden and bubbly.

Flip carefully and cook the other side 30–60 seconds.

Remove and brush lightly with butter.

Sprinkle seasoning and serve hot.
🔥 Oven Method

Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Spread cheese into toast shapes.
-
Bake 6–8 minutes until crispy and golden.

Add butter and seasoning.
