Keto Cheesy Toast

🧾 Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
    (mozzarella, cheddar, or a mix)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Optional toppings:

    • Garlic powder

    • Oregano or Italian seasoning

    • Chili flakes

    • Black pepper


👩‍🍳 Instructions

🍳 Pan Method (Fast & Crispy)

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on low–medium heat.

  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese directly into the pan in a bread-sized rectangle.

  3. Cook until edges turn golden and bubbly.

  4. Flip carefully and cook the other side 30–60 seconds.

  5. Remove and brush lightly with butter.

  6. Sprinkle seasoning and serve hot.

🔥 Oven Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  3. Spread cheese into toast shapes.

  4. Bake 6–8 minutes until crispy and golden.

  5. Add butter and seasoning.
