Keto Broccoli Chicken Cheese Casserole

🧾 Ingredients (4–6 servings)

  • 2½ cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 3 cups broccoli florets (lightly steamed)

  • 1½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (optional, extra stretch)

  • ¾ cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Optional topping: bacon bits or parmesan


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.

  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic briefly.

  3. Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  5. In a bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, and cheese sauce.

  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

  7. Top with cheddar, mozzarella, and optional toppings.

  8. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  9. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
