🧺 Ingredients

1½ cups shredded mozzarella (or mild cheddar)

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 cup almond flour

2 tsp baking powder

2 large eggs

½ tsp salt

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

👩🍳 Instructions

Melt cheeses
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth. -
Mix dough
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, butter, and eggs.
Mix until a thick dough forms. -
Shape buns
Divide into 6 portions. Shape into smooth buns and place on lined tray. -
Top (optional)
Sprinkle sesame seeds or extra cheese. -
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed. -
Cool slightly & enjoy
Slice once warm—not hot—for best texture.
