Keto bread base (fathead):

1ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp cream cheese

ยพ cup almond flour

1 egg

ยฝ tsp baking powder

ยผ tsp salt
Garlic topping:

3 tbsp melted butter
-
2โ3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

2 tbsp grated parmesan
-
Pinch salt
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions

Make the dough
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together until smooth.
Mix in almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to form dough. -
Shape bread
Roll dough between parchment into a rectangle or loaf shape.
Place on lined baking tray. -
Bake base
Bake at 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) for 10โ12 minutes until lightly golden. -
Add garlic topping
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, parmesan, and salt.
Spread generously over baked bread. -
Final bake
Return to oven for 5โ8 minutes until bubbly and golden. -
Slice & serve
Best enjoyed hot with extra butter ๐
