🧺 Ingredients

Melt cheeses
Melt mozzarella and cream cheese until smooth. -
Make dough
Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and eggs.
Fold in chopped jalapeños. -
Shape
Spread dough into a small greased loaf pan or shape into a round on a lined tray. -
Top
Sprinkle extra cheese or seasoning if using. -
Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes (loaf)
or 20–25 minutes (round) until golden. -
Cool slightly & slice
Let rest 10 minutes for best texture.
