🍤🧄 Creamy Low-Carb Tuscan Shrimp (Keto)
🧺 Ingredients

450 g (1 lb) raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

Salt & black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed, drained & sliced)

1 cup heavy cream
-
½ cup chicken or seafood broth
-
½ cup grated parmesan
-
1 cup fresh spinach
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning
👩🍳 Instructions

Season shrimp
Pat shrimp dry. Season with salt and pepper. -
Sear shrimp
Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.
Remove and set aside. -
Build the sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and chili flakes. Sauté 30 seconds.
Add sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning. -
Cream it up
Pour in cream and broth. Simmer 3–4 minutes until slightly thick. -
Cheese + greens
Stir in parmesan until melted.
Add spinach and let it wilt. -
Finish
Return shrimp to pan. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
Taste and adjust salt/pepper.
