🐟 Keto Air Fryer Tuna Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna in water or oil (drained very well)

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • Olive oil spray


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, egg, almond flour, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices.

  2. Form into 6–8 small patties.

  3. Lightly spray patties with olive oil.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).

  5. Air fry 8–10 minutes, flip halfway, until golden and crispy.


Tips

  • Press tuna very dry to avoid soggy cakes.

  • For extra crunch, add 1–2 tbsp crushed pork rinds.

  • Chill mixture 10 minutes before shaping if soft.
