Keto Fish Cakes

🐟 Keto Fish Cakes (Crispy & Low-Carb)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked fish, flaked
    (cod, tilapia, salmon, or tuna work great)

  • 1 large egg

  • ¼ cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix fish, egg, almond flour, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices.

  2. Form mixture into small patties.

  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Fry fish cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

  5. Drain briefly on paper towel and serve hot.


Air-Fryer Option

  • Brush lightly with oil.

  • Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 8–10 minutes, flipping once.


Serving Ideas

  • With keto tartar sauce 🥒

  • On lettuce wraps 🥬

  • With garlic mayo or chili aioli 🌶️
