🐟 Keto Fish Cakes (Crispy & Low-Carb)
Ingredients

2 cups cooked fish, flaked
(cod, tilapia, salmon, or tuna work great) -
1 large egg

¼ cup almond flour

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
-
½ tsp paprika
-
Salt & black pepper to taste

2–3 tbsp olive oil or butter (for frying)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix fish, egg, almond flour, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices.

Form mixture into small patties.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry fish cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Drain briefly on paper towel and serve hot.
Air-Fryer Option

Brush lightly with oil.

Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 8–10 minutes, flipping once.
