🍕 Keto Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 large egg

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

Filling

  • ¼ cup sugar-free pizza sauce

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

  • Pepperoni slices (or chicken, mushrooms, olives)

Topping

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Optional: parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Melt mozzarella + cream cheese until smooth.

  3. Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to form dough.

  4. Roll dough between parchment paper into a rectangle.

  5. Spread pizza sauce, add cheese and toppings.

  6. Roll tightly like a log and seal edges.

  7. Slice into rolls and place on lined baking tray.

  8. Brush with oil/butter, sprinkle seasoning.

  9. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
