🍕 Keto Pizza Rolls
Ingredients
Dough

1½ cups shredded mozzarella

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 cup almond flour

1 large egg
-
½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt
Filling

¼ cup sugar-free pizza sauce
-
½ cup shredded mozzarella
-
Pepperoni slices (or chicken, mushrooms, olives)
Topping
-
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
Optional: parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Melt mozzarella + cream cheese until smooth.

Mix in egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt to form dough.

Roll dough between parchment paper into a rectangle.

Spread pizza sauce, add cheese and toppings.
-
Roll tightly like a log and seal edges.
-
Slice into rolls and place on lined baking tray.
-
Brush with oil/butter, sprinkle seasoning.

Bake 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
