🐟 Keto Air Fryer Tuna Cakes
Ingredients

2 cans tuna in water or oil (drained very well)

1 large egg

¼ cup almond flour

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions

½ tsp paprika
-
½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper

Olive oil spray
Instructions

In a bowl, mix tuna, egg, almond flour, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, and spices.

Form into 6–8 small patties.

Lightly spray patties with olive oil.

Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).

Air fry 8–10 minutes, flip halfway, until golden and crispy.
Tips
-
Press tuna very dry to avoid soggy cakes.
-
For extra crunch, add 1–2 tbsp crushed pork rinds.
-
Chill mixture 10 minutes before shaping if soft.
