Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • ½ cup sour cream (or full-fat Greek yogurt)

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella

  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, chopped

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

  • 2 tbsp diced pickles or olives

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Optional add-ins:

    • Jalapeños 🌶️

    • Chopped sun-dried tomatoes

    • Fresh dill or parsley


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese + sour cream until smooth.

  2. Stir in cheese, bacon, green onions, pickles/olives, and seasonings.

  3. Chill 20–30 minutes for best flavor.

  4. Garnish with extra bacon or herbs and serve cold.
