🧄 Vegan Easy Keto Garlic Bread

Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 tbsp psyllium husk powder (key for bread texture)

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt

¾ cup hot water

2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Topping

2 tbsp olive oil or vegan butter

1–2 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp dried parsley or oregano
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium, baking powder, and salt.

Add hot water + olive oil, mix quickly into a dough.

Shape dough into a flat bread or rectangle.

Bake 20–25 minutes until firm and lightly golden.

Mix garlic topping and brush generously on hot bread.

Bake 5 more minutes until fragrant and crisp.
