Easy Keto Garlic Bread

🧄 Vegan Easy Keto Garlic Bread

(No cheese • No eggs • Low-carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder (key for bread texture)

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¾ cup hot water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garlic Topping

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or vegan butter

  • 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried parsley or oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray.

  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add hot water + olive oil, mix quickly into a dough.

  4. Shape dough into a flat bread or rectangle.

  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until firm and lightly golden.

  6. Mix garlic topping and brush generously on hot bread.

  7. Bake 5 more minutes until fragrant and crisp.
