Easy 0-Point Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
1 ripe banana, sliced & frozen
½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Instructions
Blend
Add frozen strawberries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, and vanilla to a blender or food processor.
Process until creamy
Blend until smooth and thick.
(Stop and scrape down sides if needed.)
Serve or freeze
Eat immediately for soft-serve texture.
Freeze 1–2 hours for firmer, scoopable ice cream.
