Ham and Egg Breakfast Cups

🥓🍳 Ham & Egg Breakfast Cups

Ingredients

  • 6–8 slices deli ham (thin works best)

  • 6–8 eggs

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

  • Optional add-ins:

    • Chopped bell peppers

    • Spinach

    • Mushrooms

    • Green onions

    • Chili flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a muffin tin.

  2. Press ham slices into each muffin cup to form a “cup.”

  3. Sprinkle a little cheese and veggies into each ham cup.

  4. Carefully crack one egg into each.

  5. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes

    • 12 min = runny yolk

    • 15 min = fully set

  7. Cool slightly, then remove and enjoy!
