🍫 Keto Cream Cheese Chocolate Pound Cake

½ cup butter (softened)

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

¾ cup powdered keto sweetener (erythritol or allulose)

3 large eggs (room temperature)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup almond flour

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

¼ cup heavy cream (or almond milk)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 170°C (325°F). Grease or line a loaf pan.

Beat butter + cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Add sweetener and beat until fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

In another bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Mix dry ingredients into wet, alternating with heavy cream.

Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.

Bake 45–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Cool completely before slicing (important for pound cake texture).
